Today’s students are fundamentally different than those of even a decade ago. The students we see in the classroom today are digital natives; they have grown up with technology around them rather than being forced to learn the technology later in life (Prensky, 2010). Children raised on a diet of new technologies are less willing to fill out worksheets and listen to lectures patiently. Teaching students to be successful in a 21st century, knowledge-based economy requires a different way of teaching. Unfortunately, many teachers do not yet possess the skills necessary to be successful in facilitating 21st century learning.

EMPOWERMENT
Proper care will be given to equip the teachers to prepare a well-planned lesson plan integrating all essential components based on AFW for effective classroom transaction through participatory pedagogies ,the knowledge and skills so as to achieve the desired result .
DEPLOYMENT
Effective deployment plan , through a proper learning outcomes based session plan which also emphasise the collaboration ,differentiation ,assessment and Scaffolding , and classroom connect with daily life activities through appropriate participatory pedagogies.
MONITORING & MENTORING
Ensure effective deployment through constant monitoring and mentoring in an unthreatening environment by an expert group of peer Mentoring &Mentoring team. They also scaffold wherever needed. Also micro training sessions will be organized to fill the gap if any.
EVALUATION
A comprehensive Evaluation system will be in place ensuring quality planning and its effective deployment based on participatory pedagogies by each teacher. Appropriate remediation will be undertaken based on the evaluation reflection .
ACTION RESEARCH
Action research is a natural part of teaching. Teachers are continually observing students, collecting data and changing practices to improve student learning and the classroom and classroom environment. Action research provides a framework that guides the energies of teachers towards a better understanding of why, when, how students become better learners.
